CH1 Studio Capitole Lumineux 4 pers

Positive: Loved the location, cleanness, AC, size and comfort. Big windows, good shutters. Separate bedroom. Lots of space in the bathroom. Good closet. Well stocked kitchen. Design of the appartment was very pleasant too. Beautiful inner courtyard, protecting from sun and street noise. Good sound protection cannot hear neighbors mostly at all. Negative: People smoking in a small courtyard. It should be just forbidden, as noone appreciates smoke in a bedroom all of a sudden. It was not a big problem during my stay, but I can imagine one insomniac chain smoker making it quite unpleasant. But probably for France it was better than on average. Loud noise early in the morning from some objects on wheels like garbage bin moved at 6 or 7 am on pebbles. Very short lasting. Again, that is not a big deal and with closed windows no noise, but I need my windows open at night always. I am just listing minor things here to be fair. I would still rent it for sure.
